While some fans praised the actress and the Fuji star for their show of solidarity during Pasuma’s time of grief, others took issue with the physical contact between them, reminding Solomon that it was not allowed in Islam. Holding the waist of someone of the opposite gender is considered inappropriate in Islamic culture, especially in public settings.
The incident highlights the cultural and religious sensitivities that exist in society, particularly with respect to appropriate behavior and conduct.
While it may be acceptable in some cultures for individuals of the opposite gender to engage in physical contact, in other cultures such behavior may be viewed as inappropriate or even offensive. It is important to respect and understand different cultural and religious norms, particularly when interacting with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
